Our Programs: Wound Care

Patients with serious wounds have multiple medical needs, including the presence of underlying prolonged illnesses, nutritional deficits and pre-existing conditions such as diabetes. All these issues must be addressed to promote active wound healing. The Grace Hospital program uses specialized wound-care procedures to heal the wounds and help the patient gain maximum mobility while reaching their highest level of functional independence.
